1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Cancellations by You: Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy.

2. Payment Obligation

• Clarity of Charges: By placing an order, you agree to pay the total purchase price, including any applicable shipping fees, taxes, and duties.

• Payment Timing: Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed unless otherwise specified (e.g., net-30 terms for B2B).

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Responsibility: We will arrange for the shipment of products to the address provided. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

• Risk of Loss: All items are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• International Shipping: We do not ship internationally. Shipping is limited to the United States.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Please review that policy prior to making a purchase. Items must generally be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
