Eligibility for Returns

  • Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Some items (custom, made-to-order, clearance, or final sale items) may be non-returnable and will be clearly stated on the product page

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@shophomeoutdoors.com to request a return authorization.

  2. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to damage or error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details
    We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary.
