We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and fair refund and return process.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Products must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags attached.
Products that have been used, altered, soiled, or missing parts will not be accepted and may be returned to you or otherwise disposed of at your expense.

Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Custom, made-to-order, clearance, or final sale items (these will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase).
Products without proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

These items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned once purchased.

Before returning any product, you must:

Contact us at support@shophomeoutdoors.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and an RA number.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customer’s Responsibility: You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Merchant Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged on arrival, or wrong item shipped), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or issue a reimbursement for return shipping costs upon receipt of valid receipts.

Original Shipping Fees:

Original shipping charges are not refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Most returns do not incur a restocking fee.
However, items returned that show signs of use, are missing original packaging, or are not returned in saleable condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
If a restocking fee applies to a specific product category, it will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
It may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your billing statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns may be denied and no refund issued if:

The product is not in original condition, damaged due to misuse, or shows signs of wear.
The return is initiated after the 30-day return window has passed.
The item is one of the non-returnable products specified at purchase.
You fail to obtain a valid Return Authorization (RA) prior to shipping the item back.
Required accessories, documentation, or packaging are missing.

If a return is denied, you will be notified and the item will either be returned to you at your expense or disposed of per our discretion.
