Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped or entered production.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Once production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still request a return following our standard return policy.
